		<description>Hi, its nice to see someone else that&#039;s not proclaiming that sushi is raw fish or nigiri styled sushi. :)
Most people that I know of have that misconception, and restaurants are not helping. I love japanese cooking and l love making and eating sushi (maki, nigiri, temaki, etc).
All restaurants I went to far have &quot;degrated&quot; sushi to simply nigiri, and maki to some dish seperate from the word &quot;sushi&quot;...</description>
